Situated on the 3rd floor with stairs, choosing our apartment means immersing yourself in Parisian history, culture, and style. Whether you're a culture enthusiast, a foodie, or a fashion lover, this location caters to all, making it an ideal base for a memorable Parisian stay. It is ideal for 3 people, but it is possible to welcome 4 people or 2 adults and 2 children.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa and a kitchen island table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the building is undergoing construction work.

The 3rd Arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "Arrondissement du Temple". This district also finds the famous Marais, a superb area. The Marais is a clever mix of past and modernity. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants.

This district has many museums, such as the Picasso Museum, the Arts and Crafts Museum, and much more.

In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet, and pleasant gardens where you can enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden and the Garden of the National Archives.

It is an ideal neighbourhood for shopping with many young fashion designers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Rambuteau, is just a 5-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
