Welcome to The Mountain Treehouse, a classic Gambrel cabin located in Fox Farm. Within 2 miles to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and the lake and local stores, it offers modern conveniences while keeping its rustic charm.

Inside you are welcomed by the cozy family room. With wood beam ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Grab a seat on the comfy sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flatscreen smart TV.

You can gain access to the outside from the family room to enjoy the hot tub. There is also a laundry area off the family room with a washer and dryer available for your use.

The kitchen and dining area offer a breakfast table with seating for six. The kitchen offers modern touches with open shelving for easy access to serving ware. There is a stainless steel gas range/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. A standard coffee maker is provided.

Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, the first offers twin over full bunks and an additional queen bed. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flatscreen smart TV and a desk to catch up on work if needed. Both TV's in the home are linked to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
