We offer this 120 m² air-conditioned duplex apartment for rent in Saint-Barthélemy, 700 meters from St Jean beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 20 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- Living room with sofas, flat-screen TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. In this room is a desk with computer and printer.

Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
- The living room and dining room open onto a shaded terrace with a private view of the fully landscaped tropical garden.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Barthélemy in a quiet environment. Near the airport is a supermarket, 5 minutes away by car. There are also caterers, pharmacy, restaurants nearby.
