The main bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and the second, perfect for kids, has two single beds, a sofa, and a desk.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For a moment of relaxation, head to the brand new Parc de Clichy-Batignolles, the Square des Batignolles or the magnificent Cité des Fleurs, which gives the impression of walking through a village in the heart of the capital.

Continue your walk to the Poncelet or the Batignolles market, famous for its organic products. To eat there, head towards Rue Truffaut. Take advantage of the trendy bars on the Place de Clichy and the restaurants and wine bars in the Batignolles district to go out.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
