In the commune of Orcières, we offer this charming 38 m² apartment for rent, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and a ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV (Netflix, DisneyPlus and Primevideo included), dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bunk bed (140×190) for 4 people
- Laundry room with washing machine and hanging space
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

For added comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following equipment: coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, board games and Super Nintendo console (emulator).

The apartment is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gap station, about 45 minutes by car
- Bus stop / shuttle bus just a few seconds' walk from the residence.
- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
