It's in Arcachon's prestigious Winter Town district that you'll spend your vacations in this beautiful family home with garden, a 15-minute walk from the town center and the beach.
After decades of family memories, the current generation has decided to completely renovate Villa Jeanny for the pleasure of all!
The one-storey, 140m² villa has 4 bedrooms, including a lovely dormitory for reunions and good times with little cousins, for example!

Here's how the villa is laid out:
- The ground floor features a beautiful open-plan living area with bay windows overlooking the garden, including a dining area with large, clever storage units, a more intimate sitting area with sofas and TV, and a spacious, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (hotplates, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle); its wide work surface provides a very pleasant backdrop for a breakfast break or a more intimate aperitif for 2 or 4!
A useful shower room and separate toilet complete this level of the villa.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 4 bedrooms:
- 2 double bedrooms, one with a wooden crib
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 children's dormitory room with 1 bunk bed offering 3 single beds, and a single sofa bed - A bathroom with Italian shower, large vanity unit, washing machine, towel dryer and separate toilet.


Outside:
Beautiful garden space where children can find plenty of nooks and crannies and have fun just like in the old days, dining area with large table with extension which is positioned in front of the kitchen bay window, ideal!

The villa is managed by the Cocoonr agency, 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and your beds will be made, along with towels, bath mats and tea towels.
To start your stay, a few Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, oil, salt, vinegar, pepper, a few dishwasher tablets, washing machine, shower gel, etc.

Its family-home atmosphere, its space for 2 families, its location, its proximity to the basin, the famous Pereire beach is about 20 minutes away on foot.

Enjoy all the attractions of the Basin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Basin! The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike... At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Take a trip down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak - sublime! Great bike rides thanks to the many cycle paths that run along the Bassin, and there are plenty of bike rental outlets in Arcachon.
