## Logement
Renovated 3 years ago, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and includes a very pleasant living room. It is composed of:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room;
- and a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its clear view.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Krups Coffee Machine.

The apartment is well appointed. It is located:
- in a very quiet residence;
- close to the market (Wednesday and Saturday morning);
- close to many shops (there is a bakery at the end of the impasse);
- less than 5 minutes walk from several supermarkets (Intermarché, Carrefour, Naturalisa).

There is also access to public transport.

Some good restaurants to recommend: Les petites dalles (Korean), Vi Hanoi (Vietnamese), Tra di noi (Italian), L'os à moelle (French gastronomic), Ischia (Cyril Lignac restaurant).

Sites of interest close to the accommodation:
- Parc André Citroën, a 10-minute walk away (possibility of having a viewpoint with the Generali balloon);
- the Javel quay is a 15-minute walk away;
- Parc Georges Brassens and Stade Roland Garros, 20 minutes by bus;
- the Eiffel Tower 13 minutes by bike (there are vélib terminals 3 minutes from the apartment).

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
