You can easily walk to the free gondola, which connects to Mountain Village and Telluride Ski Resort, and stroll to restaurants and shops in town. Hit the grocery store and even Telluride Town Park - you're truly in the center of it all.

Step inside to find a lovely, open-concept floor plan with east-facing windows that give you incredible mountain views and allow tons of natural light to flood the space. You can cozy up by the fireplace, whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or hunker down on the sofa for some quiet time. However you choose to spend your days here, you'll be glad you're in the center of it all.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
There is noise due to neighboring construction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
