Off the kitchen, you'll find the formal dining room with seating for four. The cozy living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a high-definition flatscreen TV, Bose acoustics, and a DVD player, and you'll have central AC and fans throughout. The kitchen ​opens to a front patio. The furnished back deck looks out on the Shipyard Golf Course, ideal for al-fresco meals, a hand of cards, or a leisurely read under the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

When it's time to wrap it up for the night, you'll have two well-appointed upstairs bedrooms to enjoy, both with flatscreen TVs and the main with an en-suite bath.
