The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

You'll find a comfortable double bed in the bedroom with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.

During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules. Many pedaloes are seen on the canal, and people get a sun tan on the beach.

Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Stalingrad, is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
