Serve up to four guests at the handsome dining table or outside on the furnished patio, then relax while the dishwasher quietly knocks out all the dirty dishes. Summer barbecues are a cinch with the gas grill, and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool during hot-weather months. When it's time to kick back, the private hot tub will provide the perfect level of relaxation, and the firepit is a great place to gather with friends for an evening of stargazing. You'll love playing board games with the kids and the home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

Fredericksburg Nature Center Trail Head is just four-and-a-half miles southwest with lots of beautiful wildlife and natural formations to check out while enjoying a hot-weather hike. Take a winery tour with your friends with visits to Cross Mountain Vineyards, Pontotoc Vineyard Weingarten, and Lost Draw Cellars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
