EKIALDE is a modern villa located less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Bidart and Ilbarritz.
In a design and contemporary decor, you will appreciate the light and voluptuousness that the villa exudes, whether by the pool or from its spacious living room.
The living room is bordered by bay windows which open onto the terrace and the garden.
With designer furniture and comfortable sofas, take the time to do activities that make you feel good on vacation.
The dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests for meals made in the Basque Country.

All the rooms on the ground floor have access to the terrace and have an eastern exposure.
Each bedroom has its own shower room with WC.
Stairs then lead you to the 1st floor where the master bedroom is located.
This bedroom has a bathroom with shower and toilet.

At noon, you can have lunch on the covered terrace to protect yourself from the sun, a plancha is at your disposal to cook up summer meals!
Relax in the swimming pool or on a deckchair on the terrace to enjoy the slightest ray of sunshine!
The swimming lane format (8x2) is heated and has an electric shutter.

The fireplace in the living room is not available during rental.
You can park up to 3 cars in front of the property.
Pets are not allowed.
