This home has a beautiful private heated salt water pool and boasts an outdoor oasis with all day sun exposure just waiting for you. The secluded backyard is perfect for enjoying a cold drink on the pool deck or under the lanai. Or maybe you want to grill up your favorite foods on the full size gas grill. Inside the home you will find an open floor plan with newly renovated bedrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. If you enjoy night life, great dining and live music this home is conveniently located near bars and restaurants. And if you want to enjoy some fun in the sun you are centrally located to some of the best beaches Southwest Florida has to offer. Perfect for your next getaway!

Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, restaurants, night life, baristas, grocery stores and shopping. This two bedroom, two bathroom newly updated home has a large full kitchen, all new furniture. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has 2 queen sized beds. Bathroom 1 has a tub/shower and bathroom 2 has a walk in shower. The kitchen has newer appliances and has both a traditional 12 cup coffee machine and a k-cup Keurig coffee machine. The large backyard which has southern exposure is fully enclosed with a large screened in heated pool area and a large yard with a 6 foot high privacy fence. There is a full sized washer and dryer located in the garage for your use.

While enjoying your home away from home you will only be 3 miles from the Yacht Club Beach, and Park. The Yacht Club Beach is the only beach in Cape Coral located on the Caloosahatchee River. You will be a short 13 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, 21 miles from Sanibel Island and 16 miles from Pine Island. If you enjoy golfing you are only 5 miles from Hunter’s Run Executive Golf Course. Boat rentals are also available 5 miles at Cape Coral Boat Rentals. (Due to hurricane Ian some of these options are not currently available. But there are still a lot of things to do and a lot of businesses are open.)

There are security cameras on the property for the protection of the property as well as our guests. There are no cameras inside the home. If you have questions on this, please let us know.

Also, this home is for sale so your nightly stay is lower in case there is a showing on the property that it may inconvenience you for 30-60 minutes. We do not have the calendar open far enough out so that your booking will not be canceled, but you may need to accommodate a showing if asked. Please reach out if you have any questions on this.
