Perfectly located in the heart of Annecy's old town, this pretty apartment has been lovingly renovated to provide all the comforts you need for a city break.

On a quiet street, after climbing 34 steps, you find the bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for two people) and an armchair so you can relax in front of the Smart TV (175 multilingual channels). The door to the balcony is fully glazed to let the light in, and the balcony overlooking the courtyard and street is ideal for a coffee when the city wakes or a glass of wine when it goes to bed.

The functional, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for four. A washing machine and dishwasher will make your stay even more enjoyable. There's also a high table where you can sit down for meals. The bathroom has a shower. The bedroom for two is decorated with a mountain landscape wallpaper, and there is also a fan to cool you off on summer nights.

Le Petit SwansDoors is close to all amenities, a stone's throw from the canals, the historic city centre, the lake and the train station. Parking spaces are available nearby and there are excellent bus links. You can reach the Aravis mountains and the resorts of La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand and Croix-Fry in just 45 minutes.

NOTE : The owners of the apartment also have another rental for six people, Le SwansDoors, just a short walk away. So if you are coming in a larger group up to ten people, you could consider booking the two together. Important : please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 34 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
