BE OUR GUEST! Welcome to our 5 Star luxury retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida at the beautiful Emerald Island Resort. Step into seven bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms of vacation bliss minutes from the fabulous Walt Disney Resort. We are located minutes from incredible shopping and dining options that line the US 192 Corridor. Whether you choose to go out or stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal and drinks on the outdoor patio in front of a private pool, we have spared no expense to make sure you feel relaxed the second you step through our doors.

Our fully renovated luxury home consists of seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms of stress free vacation accommodations. Our house consists of five king sized Nectar mattress bedrooms to make sure all of our guests enjoy the same level of luxury. There are also two kids bedrooms consisting of two twin beds each themed for an incredible kids experience. The house is fully outfitted with new 2021 furniture for your comfort and enjoyment.

The house features a breathtaking new kitchen equipped with new appliances and many extras. Our goal is to make sure that you have a seamless transition into a fabulous vacation experience. Every king bedroom is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, and there is a 75” smart TV in the living room. The Kids rooms both have a 32” Smart TV. All are equipped with Cable, Netflix and Disney Plus on us!

Every bathroom comes with hand soap and lotion as well as towels and full size bars of soap. We provide all the dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, Tide Pods and Bounce sheets you will need for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, oil,
vinegar, salt and pepper to ensure you have all the little things you need to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11
heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.
Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the worlds most popular destination has to offer.

Family Dream Vacation

AMAZING!! Host was top notch with communications. Home was exactly as described. Enough room for 10 of us. Loved having a "home base" to go to after long days at the Disney Parks. It was an easy drive to the parks. Sometimes traffic was a headache but host and VRBO can not change that. Neighbors of the home were so friendly, park right across street. Kids and adults loved having the pool to cool down in and relax in the hot tub. Great place cant wait to go back.

Different Class

Having only ever stayed in hotels in Orlando on previous visits this was our first experience using VRBO and a villa stay. When deciding to book we wanted somewhere close to Disney that had a nice private pool and enough bedrooms for our party of 8. Looking at the property from the pictures before arriving we naturally thought it was going to be too good to be true!!! We arrived after a terrible 3 hour delay from the UK into Melbourne airport and problems with our hire car (Turo-owner forgot the child seat so had to wait an additional 40 minutes for this to arrive), the 1.5hr drive was easy enough and locating the villa inside Emerald Island was also easy. 3 of our party had got there before us as we needed an Uber due to the amount of luggage we had, they had text us to say we were in for a surprise. Upon entry into the villa we were greeted to a welcome basket filled with Candy, Wine and other items. The fridge had fresh cold water and the place was beautiful. Weather had been extremely hot on the day and the villa was perfectly air conditioned so extremely welcoming after a days travelling. I could go on for hours about how nice the villa was and how helpful the owners were (Leo/Lucy) but I’d need pages to type it all. We didn’t want for anything in our time there, everything was waiting from kitchen paper, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, dryer sheets, pools towels, bath towels and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! It’s hard to remember the amount of texts I sent Leo with various and sometimes stupid questions but he answered them in super fast time and even called over when we couldn’t find spare sheets for the Baby Crib on our first night. We never expected this level of care from an owner and I guess that’s why all other reviews are so good and why at the start of this we thought it was going to be “too good to be true”…when we return to a villa holiday in the future we will 100% be trying to book this villa before any other, fantastic location, fantastic villa and owners that simply can’t do enough for you, even got us a Vacuum cleaner to use space saver bags for our suitcases!!!! Excellent time had by all. Thanks again.
