**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The Sundestin HOA is doing some repairs to the stairway & trash chute directly in front of the 01 condos through July 2024. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F). While the work is being done over the outdoor pool, it will be closed. We are hoping the outdoor pool will re-open approximately July 20th. Guests can use the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub and splash pad. Please do not book our condo if construction noise will bother you - our rates are discounted to reflect the construction inconvenience! We apologize for any inconvenience! **

The condo has many updates and is decorated in a soothing coastal flair we know you will love! We have just replaced all of the dishes, silverware, pillows, bedding plus many new art and decor updates and a new leather sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress!

Family fun, Minutes to Restaurants & Entertainment, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Kids Splash Pad, Outdoor Hot Tub, Massage, Saunas, Fitness Center, new restaurant on-site is now open - "Pelican's Roost" with all of your favorite beach food and drinks, and "Sea Store" with coffee, drinks, pantry items and all sort of beach supplies for your convenience!

Our condo is beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offers breathtaking views of the sugar white sands & emerald green Gulf of Mexico waters!

The Beach Stays Vacation team is a boutique hosting team - we are passionate about delivering a great guest experience alongside a sparkling clean and well-maintained property, and to help our guests have the dream vacation they have worked and saved for!

Our team includes Kristine, Jen, Kim, and Shelly - we are excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free vacation!

*We offer and recommend travel insurance from Rental Guardian to protect your vacation! The policy is 7% of your vacation, or we offer a "cancel for any reason" policy for 10.8% of your vacation cost. This info plus a required reservation agreement will be sent to you upon booking for easy online purchase and you can also add trip related expenses such as flights, rental cars, etc!

PLEASE NOTE:

**RULES - primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under age requirement, maximum of 5 guests in the condo, NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING in condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo, check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. Failure to follow any rules as listed in reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund! **This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!** This is a condo building so there is the potential for noise from other guests, construction, etc that we are not responsible for. The HOA has the right to close any amenities for any reason that we are not responsible for. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo - guests must provide additional supplies if the start supply runs out! We also provide bed linens, shower towels and a hair dryer - guests must bring their own beach towels. Front desk charges a $50. The management fee includes an accidental damage waiver to protect you for up to $500 of accidental damage during your stay. There will be a credit hold of $300 placed 2 days prior to your reservation for a security deposit. This is released 7 days after departure if there is no damage not covered by the damage waiver.

Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to:
1. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age and must personally supervise any guests under age at ALL times!
2. NO PETS allowed per building and owner rules! Emotional support animals are not required to be allowed in vacation rentals per ADA laws!
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING in the condo or the balcony. Per building rules smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
4. All guests must electronically sign our reservation agreement after booking.
5. Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits!
6. The HOA allows one free parking space at Sundestin. If you have more than one car, the front desk will direct you where to park, in a lot behind the Chik-fil-A.

Our guests have full access to the entire condo plus all of the resort amenities!

We are only a text or e-mail away if you need anything - otherwise you are here for your vacation and we will not intrude!

Sundestin Beach Resort is located in sunny Destin, Florida - smack dab in the heart of amazing restaurants, shopping, spas, golf, and all of the entertainment the Emerald Coast is known for!

Sundestin has a large parking lot for guests - during busy season (March-October), only 1 car is allowed in the main lot. If you have additional vehicles, the front desk will direct you to an overflow lot. You are within walking distance to restaurants, or just quick drive to everything. Ride Share apps work great!
