This luxury one-bedroom apartment is located in Executive Tower on the 3rd floor. It is spread over 88 m2 and has a capacity for 5 people.
The living room is spacious, and has one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, as well as several decorations and plants.
Next to the living room is a cozy dining table with two chairs, nested near a beautifully designed wall and decorations.
The master bedroom is neatly decorated with black; it features a comfortable queen-size bed dressed with fresh linens, a large mirror, beautiful art paintings, a built-in wardrobe for all your luggages, as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. From the room you can access the private light-colored bathroom, including a bathtub, toilet, a large mirror, and all the essentials you might need during your stay such as, cleaning products, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, towels, soap, and hot water.

Right next to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and stove, toaster, microwave, a coffee machine, in addition to all essentials you might need such as dishes and silverware, cooking basics, wine glasses etc.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.
