This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo features breathtaking views of the emerald waters & sugary white sands of Panama City Beach. "Georgia's Sandcastle" is the perfect place for your family vacation...There is plenty of room for mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, and the kids too! This condo has 1573 square feet of living space and a 119 square foot balcony. It's your choice, sit out on the balcony or sit behind the floor to ceiling windows in the living room for the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. Georgia's Sandcastle"comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in a king-sized bed, three queen-sized beds, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Smoking or Vaping inside the condo. No Pets allowed by the Association.

The open floor plan great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching chair with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows. There's a huge TV with Roku streaming included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free Lux Speed wireless throughout the property that's included with your rental. The dining table has six chairs and additional seating at the bar. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing local restaurants that are near by.

Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the beach right in your own backyard! This is a great vantage point for watching the birds, dolphins, rays and sometimes manatees, too. The people watching is excellent, too. Have your morning coffee or an evening beverage as you enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your balcony!

The Seascape Main Suite is a gulf view king bedroom with your own private bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a flat screen TV with Roku Streaming provided, too. You'll love this private hideaway, it's so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves just outside your window. The sliding door opens right on to the beachfront balcony, too. Your main suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower with a separate dressing area with two vanities.

The Beach Dreams second bedroom has two queen sized beds with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. The décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV with Roku is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a large closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a tub-shower combo with a single vanity area.

The Blue Ocean third bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. This third bedroom features a flat screen TV with Roku and has a bathroom adjacent to it which makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze. The third bathroom is perfect for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed in the great room as well. It has a tub-shower combo and a single vanity.

The property has a full sized washer and dryer so you can keep up with laundry. There is an ironing board and iron for your use, too.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.
