Step into this unit and you will immediately the light pouring into the property. The open layout is perfect for you and your guests, with plenty of seating a large TV in the living area. Relax and watch movies at night, or sit on your oceanfront balcony and watch the sun set every evening. The kitchen has granite counters, and is fully stocked with everything you need. There is room for everyone here. The Master bedroom is a true oasis with King bed, ocean views, a large TV and its own ensuite bathroom with DUAL vanities! The second bedroom has also has a king bed, ample storage, its own TV and a bathroom for its guests as well. The Bunk Room has twin beds and its own closet, and its bathroom is just steps away with plenty of space. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Sterling Breeze Resort is truly one of a kind- you have everything you could need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Located on the beach, you are just steps away from the white sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf Shore. This resort offers a state of the art fitness facility, a pool- side internet cafe, a wine bar, hot tub and amazing pool! Disappointed

The condo stated to be No Pets !!! This one has carpet and smells like wet dog. The carpet was dirty to the feet. My granddaughter had small bites on feet and hands which I believe were flee bites! I have been staying at Sterling breeze for years and first bad experience. It is not all new !! The 3 bedroom is a bunk bed in the hall with washer dryer like a closet:(

Sterling Breeze was amazing!!!

Condo was everything and more. Clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. We stayed 6 very comfortably. View was amazing from the 15th floor. Easy access to beautiful beach and pool was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!!! Highly recommend.

Quiet environment and great view!

The place was very clean and nice. It was not overcrowded and very quiet..even with it being spring break. The condo was very roomy and nice. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was also great and balcony was nice.

Beautiful condo and views

Beautiful and updated condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo was spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in and parking. We will definitely rent from Warren Beach Rentals again.

Relaxing escape

We loved everything about this condo. The location is walking distance to the Pier and all of the cute shops and restaurants. If you go the other direction, you are minutes from a grocery store for steamed shrimp. The condo was loaded with two different types of coffee makers, a full size washer and dryer, and a grill on the private balcony. The patio lounge chairs were comfortable as you gazed at the white sandy beach by day or gorgeous stars at night. We really enjoyed our beach escape!
