New Smyrna

The property was nice. We loved that it was on the bottom floor and walk out to the pool area. It was a little cumbersome needing a key to get to the beach. We could only get one key to work on the gate. We were also told there were beach towels in the unit but there were not so we had to buy some. There were beach chairs in the closet which was nice. Was a little disappointed there was no bedding for the pull out couch- my boys had to use towels for blankets! Besides that the unit had what we needed for our stay.

Great location!

Location is everything! It's a spacious and clean unit, right on the beach, on the pool, and steps away from all the shops, restaurants and fun on Flagler Avenue! We will be back!

Great Condo

Great condo! Updated since our last visit 2 years ago. It has everything that you need for your stay. The pool is right outside your patio door and the beach a few steps away.

We love coming to Win-San. The only negative thing we have is the cleanliness of the units when we arrive. As much as we pay for the cleaning fee we would expect a little more. The living room carpet looked like it hadn't been swept and the dishwasher was completely full of dishes which we had to empty and put away before we could use it. (They were clean but we still had to empty it.) . Other than that we love being there.

Correct

The 2 month stay was fine. The Win Sans staff/managers were very attentive whenever we needed them. Thank you! As far as the unit, I think it could use a fresh coat of paint. When we arrived, I was somewhat impressed with the cleanliness, but as I did a more thorough look, the baseboards were covered with dust, the fans had dust hanging on them. The couch and chair is very dark and not bright and cheerful. I asked for another recliner and Tara was kind enough to get one for us. So a more cheerful and soft painting job would help along with attractive furniture and something all renters can wipe down before we leave - for sanitary and cleanliness reasons. Maybe a faux couch and love seat. Thank you

Love Win-San!

We've been coming to Win-San for almost 40 years and love it! The smaller amount of units makes it much easier to access our unit from the pool or beach. Our condo is beautifully furnished and has everything we need in the kitchen. Love the location too. So many restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance. Our family rents about 10 units the same week for a fantastic family reunion. This year the realty company had staff on site each morning which was great. Will definitely be back each year!

Excellent

Love the remodeling! Especially the new appliances and the gorgeous bathrooms! The only things I wish were there are a Keurig and better frying pans. But if need be, we can bring our own. The tv in the small bedroom didn't work.

Nice upgrades

The unit has made a lot of progress. Flooring upgrades, furniture and appliance upgrades are nice. Still needs a new master mattress and frame. It's pretty rickety and lumpy, the kids beds were more comfortable. New frying Pan, I may just bring one next time and leave it there. Overall things are looking up, nice job!

Our unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. My complaint is concerning the grounds and especially the walkway and pool area. It was only cleaned off once the entire week and then only after I asked the worker to blow the sand off around the pool. It was ridiculously sandy all week which led to more sand in the pool and in our unit. Our patio wasn't cleaned before we moved in or any time during the week. We have been visiting WinSan for about 40 years and of course will be back. We'd just like a cleaner pool area!

Unit needs some attention. Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom does not work and showers/bath tubs showing extreme wear and mold on caulking. Coffee table has been removed from unit. Carpeting in bedrooms is old and showing wear. Sliding rear door track is nasty and extremely hard to open/close.

Absolutely loved this condo!

The property was very well kept. We witnessed maintenance working to keep the gardens and lawn trim and beautiful. The pool was cleaned several times too during our week stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condos as well. The decor inside was tasteful and the kitchen very well equipped with everything needed for food preparation and storage while we were there. Our children spent hours in the large clean pool. The beach was within walking distance which made it extremely convenient. We loved our little patio complete with the table and chairs that were provided. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses too. We absolutely loved our week spent at Win-San in New Smyrna Beach and look forward to returning for another fabulous week there.
