We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming flat with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers ideally 2 adults and 2 children. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (low flow), we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area with an extension table (4 to 6 place settings).
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), an extra mattress under the bed for one person (90×200) and storage space.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment within a quiet and flowery residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (a structure that offers all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings. Many other activities are possible: hiking on the coastal path (GR34), water sports (sailing club at 700 metres), fishing port (1.5 km), horse riding (riding centre at 3 km), tree climbing (3 km)...

In the vicinity, the stages not to be missed on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, a site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres.
- Not far from there, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the sea.
- A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid view of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands are possible. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle.
- Those who enjoy walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Another stopover not to be missed is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will reveal some of them to you.
- Among other destinations, the seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe are full of sightseeing opportunities.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free or in a paying car park near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: Les Mielles (stop 400m from the flat) is served by several regular bus lines (schedules on breizhgo.bzh):
line 31: Lamballe (SNCF station) via Matignon and Plancoët
line 14: Saint-Malo (SNCF station) via Saint-Jacut de la Mer and Ploubalay
line 2: Saint-Brieuc (SNCF station) via Erquy
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located at about 34 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1h22 by car.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free wifi available. Wifi in Saint-Cast is below average speed and access is often dependent on the weather. As a result, the available internet connection is not suitable for intensive use (online video games, teleworking).
- Pets are welcome on request, for an extra charge of €15, please specify when booking.
- The flat is on the mezzanine floor of a 3-storey stone building that opens onto the courtyard via an outside staircase (4 steps).
- You will be given a key to the shared cellar, where you can store your bikes, pushchairs and windsurf boards.
- The flat is not accessible to PRMs due to the outside staircase.
- The flat was refurbished in January 2023 to make it more comfortable.
