Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good time

We had a good time the hight rails on the balcony were great with small children but still low enough we could see the pool. The room was well stocked.

2nd floor unit

The location to shops, bars and restaurants was fantastic. The room was clean and ready for us and the staff was attentive. Our only complaint was the room appeared to be muggy and humid. Even the rug appeared to be damp. And though the view from the balcony was limited we understand that being on the second floor right over the pool there was a need for the six foot high guardrail. Next time we will just go higher if we want a better view.

Awesome Location, Kind of Junky Room

This hotel was reasonably priced and right on the ocean which was awesome. The staff seemed reasonably friendly, although I didn't have that many interactions with anyone. The location is very near the main drag of Myrtle Beach as well and just outside the hotel are a ton of food nightlife choices. Now for the rub. Our room was billed as a 1 bedroom, but it's not really. There is a small kitchenette immediately after entering and then a bedroom and a small living room, but they're all a part of the same room. Kind of an extra long hotel room. The bathroom was average size, but the counter space was almost non-existent. You could tell the room had been cleaned, and the bed linens seemed fresh and new which is very important. Everything else just seemed very dingy though. There was spackle on the walls, where they tried to patch but just never finished the job, random crusty stains on the walls and those black stains on the doors from where hands had touched over and over and left their hand grease. It seemed strange to not clean that stuff. The rooms are in the parking garage. You read that right. You pull in, park and the doors to the rooms are on the other wall of the garage. It makes everything seem kind of dirty and dingy though. You also hear car alarms, cars revving, people coming home a little drunk. It was strange AF. The strangest part was that the patio door and front door created this sort of wind tunnel through the room. The wind from the ocean would come through the patio and make a tea kettle whistling sound. It was extremely loud. We had to leave the patio door open to muffle it a bit and then stuff towels in all the cracks of the front door. Kind of a pain in the ass. The next morning we spent at the beach and the pool which kind of maid up for all the room craziness. I'm undecided on if I would book again. Perhaps, but only if the room didn't open up to a parking garage. I can't speak for all the rooms, but ours, 203 was like this.

Feed back on my stay

The room smelled of mold there was mildew on the curtains the sheets on one of the beds were dirty I went to eat breakfast came back to my room there was a roach in there I killed it and took it to the front desk she sent one of their guys to spray . That’s something they should have taken care of b I got there . The ladies that came and changed the sheets and tried to clean the curtains were really nice but I was not pleased with my stay the rooms cost too much for me to not be pleased and I feel like I deserve a refund for my room I booked two.
