The fully furnished apartment is centrally located near various top attractions in La Rochelle such as the La Rochelle Aquarium, Chain Tower and many more! Only a 6-minute walk to the central market, the Vieux Marché, where you can enjoy all kinds of fresh products, especially fish and seafood!

This apartment is designed with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Featuring a large sofa, and wide-screen smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals including a coffee maker, and a microwave. The apartment also comes with a washing machine should you need it.

The bedroom is a delightful space furnished with a heavenly double bed in both rooms, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

La Rochelle is a coastal city in southwestern France and the capital of the Charente-Maritime department. It's been a centre for fishing and trade since the 12th century, a maritime tradition that's reflected in its Vieux Port (old harbour) and huge, modern Les Minimes marina. The city retains a rich architectural heritage and has an aquarium, attractive gardens and natural-history museums such as La Rochelle Aquarium and the Lantern Tower of La Rochelle, Plage de la Concurrence and Quai Du Vieux Port. Iséo and La Boussole are great restaurants and bars that will make your night out a memorable one.

You will have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. Bus Line 1 will stop at Grosse Horloge and La Rochelle Railway Station are available within walking distance while La Rochelle airport is a 14-minute drive away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
