Traditional Hatteras construction, custom comfort, and wonderful convenience are all part of the Offshore experience! Offering the closest ocean access on Cedar Circle, this home is an easy walk from the beach and the supermarket. You'll be on the the west (sound side) of the island, perfect for relaxing in privacy.

The first living level offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, a den, and a screened deck/picnic area. A large bedroom and bathroom complete this floor. The second living level offers two bedrooms with a bathroom and a comfortable living room. Admire the view from the furnished sundecks, or enjoy the amenities, which include high-speed internet, large flatscreen TVs with DVD players in every room, stereos, a PlayStation 2, and a collection of games and books. We include the standard Hatteras amenities, as well as clean and current furnishings and decor. Offshore provides plenty of covered parking and lockable storage for your surf rods and windsurfing gear, as well as a location that's convenient to Canadian Hole and the South Avon 4WD ramp. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
