This bi-level retreat is accessible from the 2nd floor of the house, where you enter into a combined living room and kitchen area with a spacious open floor plan. Here you'll find one of the original fireplaces, a corner nook with a glass top table, W/D, and 2 tall windows overlooking Cannon Street. Up the stairs is a gorgeous king bedroom with a second original fireplace (non-working), a beautiful wood beam ceiling accented by uplighting, and an ample ceramic tiled full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

These 4 newly redecorated apartments were created in a 2018 restoration of this classic, turn-of-the-century Charleston home. Every effort was made to preserve and restore the fine craftsmanship of timeless original details such as paneled wainscoting, original brick fireplaces, exposed wooden beam ceiling structures, antique heart pine floors throughout, and a central staircase with curved lacquered walls and ceiling. These stunning antique flourishes are accented with comfortable, modern furnishings and art. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
