I am pleased to welcome you in my beautiful 82 square meters flat with TERRACE, located on the 1st floor with lift and situated in La Seyne-sur-Mer.
It will be perfect for a dream holiday, with family or friends, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
You will stay ideally facing the SEA and 12 minutes by car from the city centre.

## Logement
Fully renovated with air conditioning, my accommodation is sublime and very well equipped! You will have everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

It can accommodate up to 8 people and has two bedrooms with two single beds, two double beds and a cot; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a very clean shower room; and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a beautiful furnished TERRACE which offers a breathtaking VIEW on the SEA! You will be able to take your aperitifs there in the peace and quiet during the beautiful sunny days and be in the front row to watch the fireworks every Tuesday in summer.

A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveller.

You will have immediate access to the beach of Les Sablettes, and close to small quieter coves such as Fabregas, La Verne and the beach of Boeuf. The accommodation is located near various bars and restaurants, the Fernand de Braudel Landscape Park, near the Friday market and the Night market in summer; and for your small daily shopping, you will find the "Leclerc" at 8 minutes walk, or the small Casino at 10mns. You will stay 3 minutes walk from the Tourist Office of La Seyne sur Mer, 25 minutes by car from Sanary sur mer and 20 minutes from Le Brusc which both have magnificent markets, 20 minutes from Toulon (by car or by boat), 1h30 from Saint Tropez, 45mns from the Calanques of Cassis. And from Les Sablettes, you can take the boat to visit the island of Porquerolles.

## Emplacement
La Seyne-sur-Mer is a seaside resort located next to Toulon. The commune has a marina and a fishing port. It is partly a seaside resort with its Sablettes district. There are shuttles to Toulon and Porquerolles from the pier in Seyne-sur-Mer.
