Unwind at Lakeside Lodge, cozy & secluded home on Beaver Lake perfect for large groups up to 16 or for the whole family! Set on 8 private acres with DIRECT access to Beaver Lake. Warm & inviting designer home with all the amenities for hosting your large group!

The Space:
Surrounded by gorgeous old-growth trees, wildlife, and direct access to Beaver Lake. Our property features 5 private BRs, a giant living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out toward the lake, an upstairs game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table, and a screened-in patio perfect for enjoying the great outdoors comfortably. The Master bedroom features a super special walk-out balcony that overlooks the lake.

Other things to note:
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire pictured house. The only area off limits is the garage and one owner's closet. We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip (There is no garage access). We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located alongside Beaver Lake along a gravel road, our home is secluded in the woods, but only 15 minutes from Downtown Rogers & very close to all things Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Other things to LOVE about our place: 
- DIRECT lake access
- 5 bedrooms, SLEEPS 16! On the main floor, find the master bedroom with a King bed, en suite bath, & balcony. Also, find the bunk room featuring 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds). On the upper level, find 2 Queen suites (one with perfect views out to the lake), and a double Full bedroom that can sleep up to four.
- Giant floor to ceiling windows in the living room that overlooks the lake 
- TVs in most all the bedrooms (master, and both upstairs queens)
- Large TV in the living room
- Large kitchen fully stocked with all amenities necessary for cooking large meals or hosting a large group

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
