It is composed of a pretty living room, an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to take advantage of a beautiful fenced garden as well as a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area :
- A living room with TV, sofa, table and a dining area facing east and enjoying the sun all morning.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area with, in particular: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A laundry room, access from the kitchen through which you can also access the garden.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A shower room with Italian shower
- Separate WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, a barbecue, a brazier and a hammock.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Pôtan in a quiet area and in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of a grocery shop and all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets in the towns of Matignon and Plancoët.

Come and discover the charming commune of Saint-Pôtan and its surroundings, walk along the GR34 along the Emerald Coast, visit the castles of La Latte and Hunaudaye, practice water sports and go on boat trips... You can recharge your batteries with the Breton sea air.

- Sheets and towels included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- For stays of less than 7 nights, a charge is made (rate, rental and payment to be agreed with our service provider on site).
- Stays of more than 15 days: cleaning and change of sheets in supplement, to be paid on the spot.
- A welcome basket, made up of local and artisanal products, will be waiting for you to welcome you.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- The reception of certain television channels is sometimes uncertain.
- A kayak rental service is available on request from the concierge: 60€ for the stay. A deposit is required
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors (use of natural products: black soap, white vinegar, citric acid). Before leaving, please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. We remind you that parties are not allowed.
