Clean and Convenient

Really enjoyed my week stay at this property. Love the convenient location of the building, and the condo is nicely updated and very clean. Couldn't have asked for more.

Ski Extravaganza

Quiet, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, close to free, bus, shuttle to the ski hills, and to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants.

Great stay

Great location, everything worked in the unit. Perfect for 2 people, anything more might be pushing it. Only complaint is that if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you as you can hear the people in the unit above walking, shutting doors, etc.

Stayed here for Sundance Film Festival and it was the perfect location. Easy check in and check out.

Ski Get Away

We like to use VRBO when we travel and have experienced a wide variety of listings. This vacation was our first visit to Park City and was a last-minute ski trip. We booked this property based on the price, photos, description, and reviews. With that said, our review of the property is based on our prior VRBO experiences and expectations based on the listing. Pros: This property is in a great location and is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and restaurants. The bus stop nearby allows you to catch the 5 Yellow or 1 Red to Park City Mountain. (NOTE: The 5 Yellow bus was a more direct route to the Park City Mountain than the 1 Red, which stops at several locations around town). In addition, the bus stop is at an earlier stop in the bus route, so we boarded before the rush of skiers/snowboards hopped on at the Park City High School stop. If you stay here, you do not need to rent a vehicle; however, parking is challenging if there is a significant amount of snow. We rented a vehicle, and the parking lot (and garage) were both pretty full. Other upsides to staying at this property are the property management, price, and the fireplace. The property management provided duraflame logs, which we used and made for a cozy evening fire. The property management company was responsive to our communications (before and during our visit) and left a nice welcoming basket for our arrival with some essentials (like snacks or travel kleenex that we forgot to pack). Cons: The pictures of the property make it appear nicer than it is, and it was also pretty loud late in the evenings (after 11 pm) from people walking around on the floor above. One of the reviews indicates this property is elegant; however, we found it more basic than elegant. The pictures do not show the carpet, which is aging; other elements in the condo could use updating. For example, the wall was peeling in the bathroom. The bed was ok, but not super comfortable; the kitchen appliances look new (and worked well), but the coffee pot was dirty when we first used it, the kitchen pots/utensils are older, and the water temperature in the shower was warm but did not get hot. We also smelled marijuana on the last two nights of our stay. Lastly, we went for a ski vacation, and there was nowhere to store our skis for this unit (we did see lockers downstairs). With that said, it is not a bad unit; it gives you the basics but it is not as nice as the pictures make it appear.
