Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, DVD, board games, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. This building does not feature an elevator. Bedrooms are carpeted but main living area has tiled flooring. HVAC & hot water heater (2017).

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
