Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida . Full Kitchen , pool , gym and resort style amenities with comforts of home This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.
This unit is located on a hight floor, with an enormous balcony facing north where you can enjoy direct views of the intercoastal waterways and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experience. The unit offers one large bedroom with its own private bathroom and TV. Wireless internet is included. The room has a king size bed and and a sofa , that can accommodate comfortably up to 3 people. Kitchen comes fully equipped and fully furnished.

Also , a fitness center, a restaurant, an open business center with computers and printer, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).
Also , Esteban’s place located on Hollywood beach provides chairs and umbrellas for a fee .

The Beachwalk is in a superb location, surrounded by beaches to the East, restaurants, and the world famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino to the West. To the South you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.
The resort is walking distance to shops such as Starbucks, Panera, and many other restaurants, as well as supermarkets (Publix, Winn Dixie) and Walmart.

Bien mais....

5/5 pour l'emplacement, à distance de marche de la plage, du walmart, du Publix, arrêt d'Autobus tout près pour se rendre partout. Navette aux 20 minutes pour aller à la plage si vous ne voulez pas marcher 10 minutes pour y aller. 1/5 pour la propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée, vaisselle sale dans les armoires, bain crasseux, divan tout taché, tête de lit sale. Le tout a besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement, surtout la salle de bain. L'équipement de cuisine se compose de plusieurs chaudrons, deux poêlons très grafignés et peu d'ustensiles de cuisson. Laveuse-sécheuse dans l'appartement. L'appartement est de bonnes dimensions, le balcon est vaste mais du côté de l'ombre et du boulevard très bruyant. L'ascenseur est une catastrophe surtout vers 16:00 quand tout le monde arrive et à 11:00 à l'heure des départs. Piscine chauffée très agréable mais complètement à l'ombre passé 15:30.

Nice view to the right

I was under the assumption we could check in early since our flight arrived at 11 but we ended up sitting in the lobby until 4pm so if you have an early flight make sure you rent a car and find something to do but beware you have to pay to park at the resort! The view from the apartment was nice but don’t try to go to the pool. Only allowed 20 people and the same 20 are there everyday. They police the pool towels like they made them personally took one right off my husband’s neck! The apartment was bare big bleach stain on couch mold around the shower not many items for cooking. Had to wash sheets and towels because I was unsure of the cleanliness due to stains and smell. Taking the elevator to the 22 floor is also a nightmare waited 25 mins one day just to go down. To expensive for what you get in my opinion. Won’t be back.

Exactly what we needed for a short gateway.

Beautiful and clean property. Walkable distance to pretty much anything you need. If you don't feel like waking - a shuttle service to the beach is there to help).

This place is amazing , I love it and the view is priceless . I will definitely book again .

Above and beyond what I expected . Even more beautiful than pictures . The view is amazing , and the host was so attentive and helpful . Will definitely be my favorite spot to stay in Miami .
