This customer built 3 story log home sits alone back on its own road on 15 acres overlooking the Rumbling Bald Golf Course. You have plenty of space and lots of privacy while have all access to the Resorts amenities including the beach on the lake, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, full Spa, indoor and outdoor pools, gym and put put course. At the beach cabana you can rent SUP, kayaks or even a pontoon boat for a day out on the lake.
When you walk in the main floor into the large living room with the valeted ceiling make it feel like you are in a mountain lodge. We just remoled the kitchen so it now has a state of the art gas stove, stainless steel appliances and a huge island everyone can gather around. The large living room has plenty of seating around a flat screen TV , remote controlled gas fireplace and huge windows looking at the view. The kitchen and dining room all flow together with this floor opening with two sliding glass doors onto a large deck looking down the 7th fairway at the mountains in the distance. We just had two sets of tall Adirondack chairs built to comfortably sit on the deck and enjoy the views. The large master bedroom ( 1 King bed ) is on this floor with an attached full bathroom, you Also have a half bath off the living room.
The top floor has two bedrooms ( 2 twins and a queen) with a full bathroom with an antiques claw foot tub. The loft area overlooks the first floor and have a large day bed with trundle bed that pulls out ( 2 twins).
The bottom floor has a pool table, remote controlled gas fireplace, living room space, wet bar wit retro fridge and coffee station with Keurig , a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and more sleeping areas with a daybed /trundle bed ( 2 twins) and a built in single bunk bed ( 1 twin bed). This opens up to a great gravel patio a great outdoor area with custom Adirondack chairs. We just added a hot tub and a gas firepit to the downstairs porch as well!
We have a 1,000 sq. ft. open barn area that is perfect for family gatherings and small events! Also just a great area to play cornhole and just hang out.
The home is large and comfortable with all the added amenities you need for a great vacation.
