Secluded Cabin- Close to -->hiking-tubing-orchards-downtown Blue Ridge& Ellijay

Right off of Highway 515, follow a steep and winding, PAVED road to escape into the woods. Our cabin is in a small, quiet, gated community- perfect for guests looking to getaway and relax! There are three levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Open kitchen/dining area and living room with gas fireplace.
-Bedroom has a QUEEN bed with Private bathroom - double vanity sink, stand-alone shower, and jacuzzi tub.
-Washer and Dryer
-Half bath
-Wrap around porch with rocking chairs, conversational seating overlooking property.

UPPER LEVEL:
-Open loft with a futon and desk
-Private bedroom has a Queen bed, tv, full bathroom with stand alone shower.

LOWER LEVEL:
- Bedroom with 3 beds-QUEEN bed and log bunk beds- (FULL size bed over QUEEN).
-Full bathroom
-GAME ROOM with pool table, ping pong, multi-game arcade, darts, Smart TV. Board games and books for all ages!

You can also exit the home on lower level through game room to access the fire pit area, propane grill, and additional patio area.

Please Read =================================

When booking, please enter in the correct number of guests (adults and children) that will be staying at the property. There is a $15 per person/per night fee after 4 guests.
~~Our HOA has a strict occupancy limit of 8 guests on the property. Parties or extra guests are not permitted! $300 per person fine if more than 8 people on property.

++PETS++
$300 pet fee will be charged if pet is not disclosed prior to arrival.

We allow up to two dogs on a case by case basis for $150.
Please contact me PRIOR to booking.

*Dog must be under 40 lbs, short-haired or non shedding. Please provide proof that your pet is up to date on monthly flea and tick treatment. Dogs are not to be left in cabin unattended unless crated. Please pick up after your dog to avoid additional fees.

Additional things to note:

*There is a gate remote for use during your stay. Replacement of lost remote is $150.

** the driveway is gravel and steep. All types of vehicles are able to easily exit when following directions given.

***In an effort to respect our neighbors, please refrain from playing loud music/excessive shouting. Sound travels! Quiet time is observed 10pm-7am.

****There are motion detected cameras at entrances/exits recording for security.
