🏢 This flat in the very centre of town, on the 2nd and last floor without lift of a typical Grenoble building, is composed of :
- a beautiful living room,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a cocooning room on the first floor,
- a stylish bathroom (Italian shower, beautiful vanity unit with mirror and a backlit towel warmer).

The whole flat is very bright thanks to a skylight formed by the very large skylight that illuminates the flat! For the night, possibility to close it thanks to an electric blind.

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed (windows with curtain and roller shutter) and a sofa with a convertible meridian in the living room (velux with manual blind).

⭐ Travel in complete comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto Krups coffee maker (capsules not supplied), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, high table for 4), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

📍 Hyper centre, pedestrian area, close to 2 historical streets of Grenoble: Grande Rue and Rue Lafayette. You will find there all the Grenoble life :) Lots of shops, restaurants and a stone's throw from the famous Place Grenette (which is being renovated this spring to better welcome you) and its restaurants, terraces and the Galeries Lafayette. Ideal to visit the historical centre of Grenoble!
Les Halles covered market at 3 min walking distance: delicious products to discover in a historical building!
City garden and its shaded terraces in the summer (preferable to the very hot Place Grenette!).
The oldest restaurant in Grenoble nearby : La Table Ronde since 1739 !

🚌 Getting around :
Stop Sainte Claire les Halles, tram B at 3 min walk (train station/presqu'île-centre-city centre-university) or stop Hubert Dubedout, tram B but also A at 4 min walk (train station-centre-city centre-Chavant-Echirolles/Grand Place).

🚗 Parking is possible in the streets around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks : parking Lafayette (3 min walk), place Vacanson or at the Museum car park (5 min walk, higher).
