Fenced Pet Friendly Bachelor Basement Suite of Older House in East Vancouver

This is the bachelor basement suite of an older house in East Vancouver.

Be aware that this basement is unfinished in the laundry and kitchen area, so its just concrete walls/floor. So just be aware of that. The living space area has flooring laid but it is uneven in some areas due to the foundation shifting.

The living space area can either be prepared with one queen bed or two queen beds. I also have a single futon bed if you need it.

Its a historic 100+ year old house in East Vancouver.

I live upstairs and use the front door. You have your own private entrance in back and would enter/leave through the back gate and lane.

Car park in the back for your vehicle and you can charge an electric car.

half of the basement is just exposed concrete. the living area has laminate flooring laid down but its not totally even as the house is very old and has shifted over the years. Things to be aware of.

You are in the center of east vancouver, 5 minute drive to downtown, 5 minute drive to commercial drive or mount pleasant.

Private patio space in back with table and chairs.

Access through the lane and back gate to enter the back yard. Basement door is straight ahead.
Other things to note
Pet Friendly, bring your dogs and cats. No extra charge for pets just maintain good pet etiquette.

I have a bernese mountain dog living upstairs with me and two black cats that are inside/outside cats.

Back yard is big and fully fenced.
