THE ACCOMMODATION


A high-end cottage, consisting of a common area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a gazebo. An ideal refuge for families or friends wishing to treat themselves to a quality time. The large windows of the cottage allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the nature that surrounds you, offering you a soothing view of the lake and the forest.

✧ The Living Room:

An open and spacious space for convivial evenings, you will find:
- Air conditioning
- A comfortable sofa
- An easy-to-use gas fireplace
- A 62-inch Smart TV with access to a few included services (Netflix, Prime, Disney+...)
- A Nintendo Switch with 4 remotes + some cool games (Smash, Mario Kart, Mario party and Just Dance)
- A Sonos sound system with access to Spotify (please maintain a reasonable volume, parties are prohibited)

✧ The Kitchen and the dining room:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with well-selected range products to cook comfortably. Everything provided is at your disposal during the stay.

- ''French Press'' coffee maker + Moccamaster coffee maker + electric grinder (coffee provided)
- Dishwasher, blender, kettle, toaster, electric oven and more!

✧ The Bathroom:
You will find a large walk-in shower and an inviting bathtub. Essential toiletries, a hairdryer and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.


✧ Bedrooms:
The cottage has two enclosed bedrooms, each offering generous storage space and blackout curtains.
- Bedroom No. 1: 1 King bed
- Bedroom No. 2: 2 Queen beds. The are superimposed.


✧ Lighting system:

In order to make your stay a little more magical, the lights of the chalet have been modified to accept all possible colours, while keeping the option of staying on the standard of yellow or white light. To turn on the lights, an iPad is provided or you can use the dedicated remote controls. (Details will be available in the chalet notebook)

GUEST ACCESS

- You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor areas in complete privacy, except for a few locked storage spaces.

- A guest handbook is provided with all important information about the chalet, as well as recommendations for local activities and shops.

*PETS*
Cats, dogs or any other pets are not accepted.

*NOISES*
Please respect the tranquility of our community. Parties are prohibited. The volume of music and voices should be reasonable, especially at night.

*FIREPLACES*
The outdoor fireplace is accessible year-round.

The indoor fireplace runs on gas.

*BBQ*
Available all year round.

*TOWELS*
Towels are provided for each guest, for the bath and spa

*BOATS*
We ask our guests not to bring boats to the cottage to avoid contaminating our beautiful non-motorized lake. Invasive species such as algae can be introduced unintentionally, disrupting the lake's fragile habitat balance. In addition, contaminants such as fuel, oil, and boat cleaning products can harm the aquatic ecosystem.

*ATV and SNOWMOBILE*
ATVs and snowmobiles are not permitted on the property. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in a penalty.
