Seas The Day at ”One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville" offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. Condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Margarita Maker, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, knife set, toaster oven. Master suite bedroom with king-size bed and large ensuite, walk-in closet, luggage racks with shelfs. Twin beds are in the second master. Both bedrooms and living room include big screen smart TVs with cable service, Netflix and Roku included, free WiFi, sleeper sofa, screened in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, and washer and dryer. Rental also includes beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, BBQ set. There is an assigned parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the room.

One Particular Harbor offers award-winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.

Resort amenities for short-term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WiFi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep-water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open.

Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully-equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

The property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Our high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
