This beachfront 2BR/2BA townhome with a garage is set in a tranquil and friendly community that offers private beach access and a relaxing pool. With 3 patio areas you have plenty of options to enjoy the ocean breeze outside.

The space
Unwind and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean.

We pride ourselves on the million dollar ocean view, being just steps from the beach, and the cleanliness of the home.

Walk out of the front patio just steps from the beach!

The master bedroom boasts a cloud-like king size bed, a twin daybed, an HDTV, and a balcony overlooking the beach. You can even watch the sunrise over the ocean the while laying in bed!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, an HDTV and has a 10x15 patio where you can watch the vibrant sunsets.

The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cookware ready for cooking enthusiasts.

If you need to work remotely, we have a desk that you can setup wherever you choose.

The living room has an electric rocker recliner and electric reclining couch.

The beach inspired dining room has seating for 4.

The laundry unit's in the single car garage which has storage for your beach essentials and a car.

We provide most of your beach needs: chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys and more.

Our home is within walking distance to Lagerheads, a beachside restaurant with live music, and close by fishing piers, golfing and mini-golf, Daytona Beach boardwalk, Daytona and St. Augustine Outlets, Blue Springs State Park, and so much more.
Guest access
No key is necessary. There is keyless entry to enter the home.

Parking is available in the garage or by using one of the 14 guest parking spaces.

Other things to note
Huge, over-sized vehicles, commercial trucks and RV's, trailers and boats cannot be accommodated on the property. A standard vehicle up to a Chevy Suburban/Ford Expedition can be accommodated.
