Just a short stroll to the main surf break it has sweeping sea views from the back deck to Middleton Point. Thoughtfully designed, it boasts two huge decks, a hot outdoor bath and shower, a modern kitchen & new bathrooms. Enjoy free WIFI, Netflix and a Smart TV.

The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in.

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens on all beds & bath towels provided based on the number of guests booked. Please bring your own beach towels.

Other things to note & booking policies -

We are strictly a non-smoking & no vapes anywhere on the property.

We are all about having a good time but this is a strictly no party property.

We also do not accept any guests or bookings that are participating in Schoolies.

Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep your noise to an appropriate level.

Please note we have security cameras monitoring outside the property.

We require government issued photo ID & car rego and all details of guests on confirming your booking.
