The Space:

Located in the heart of Surfside Beach's sought-after Golf Colony, you're just 1.5 miles from the sandy shores and close to all the local attractions. Rent a golf cart and explore the area with ease. Cruise to the beach, grab a bite at local restaurants, or enjoy some retail therapy, all without ever getting in your car!

Guest Access:
You will have sole access to almost 1200 sf. of space comfortable for up 5.

The Neighborhood:
Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so much the South Strand has to offer. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Complete pre-check in and gain access to your guest portal for all our food/attraction recommendations.

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". **Tax not included in nightly rates** **Minimum age requirement of 25** Check in is at 4:00PM and check out is at 10:00 AM! Property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
