This property is not a good fit for children. Only children 16 and over accompanying a parent or guardian are allowed. This is designed as an adults - only space. If children are found present you may face removal from the property without a refund.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other surveillance equipment or recording devices are present on the premises.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
