Great location but...
I wouldn't classify the issues as major; that is the only reason they received a 4-star rating from me.The house is situated in a great location, offering proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping. The bedrooms were very basic but comfortable. The decor can be compared to a dorm room with plastic drawers in one of the bedrooms. The others had no dressers. Our check-in time was pushed back because the cleaner was not finished by check-in time, which is 4 pm. We were finally able to get in around 5:30, after I reached out to the management company and requested check-in instructions, but he was still not done. We advised him of a smoke detector chirping upstairs, and he said he would come back with batteries but never did. So it chirped the entire weekend, and we had people in each bedroom near where the chirping was occurring. (so annoying)The kitchen was clean, but the dishes were not! First, there was just a hodgepodge of dishes. Random glassware and plates in the cabinet (again giving dorm room vibes). There was nothing thoughtful about the decor aside from the sofa. Lastly, there is a deck, but it has no furniture. What is the point of that?!The sad part is that there is a Walmart 3 miles from this house. It would take very little money and effort to give this place a little sprucing up.
