Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped home, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. This spacious property features two cozy bedrooms (each with Queen bed), including master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a central bathroom. Both bedrooms offer heating and cooling for year-round comfort, while the lounge room features a split system for additional climate control.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer—everything you need to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.
For your convenience, there's a washing machine, hair dryer, and an iron & ironing board.
Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in via a lockbox, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the home.
There’s also parking available for your convenience.
Step outside to your private courtyard, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. We also provide a highchair for families with young children.

Specifically, charging electric vehicles (EVs) in the building is strictly prohibited as this will impact the electricity consumption for other common services.
Please be advised that any tenant/guest found in breach of this rule will result in the immediate breach notice and penalties will be applied.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
