Inside, this 2-story urban loft-style home delivers 950 square feet of beautifully designed living space, including a private master suite, two full designer bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen featuring high-end Viking and AGA appliances. Whether you're preparing a fresh summer meal, unwinding with a movie on the 70" flat screen in the master, or enjoying a glass of wine on the private deck, every detail has been curated for comfort and style.

NOTE: Hot tub is serviced every Wednesday to ensure safety and sanitization.  The service provider will NOT knock on the door before the service, so please accept this as prior notice that if you will be staying with us on a Wednesday, someone will be accessing the porch and hot tub sometime during the day.

NOTE: Due to our home's proximity to Main Street, there is a chance of hearing traffic noise at all hours, which may make our home unsuitable for some guests.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
