Renovated lakefront cottage with modern updates. Porch windows over looking the water, updated appliances, updated bathroom, internet access, gas grill, and so much more. The property is surrounded by water, with two docks overlooking the water, picnic tables, swing set with slide, etc. There is easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, stores, biking and hiking trails.

This waterfront cottage is located on its own secluded peninsula surrounded by blueberry bushes and water on 3 sides. You can spend your mornings sipping coffee on the porch and afternoons swimming or fishing from shore. Relax on the front lawn in the sun until the heat entices you to walk the 20 feet into the shallow water to cool off. Enjoy a peaceful dinner outside at the picnic table overlooking the water after the grill master showcases their skills on the provided gas grill.

This home has 4 generations of history but has been updated to include modern amenities. With 3 bedrooms, there is ample space to share this comfortable getaway with the entire family. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen and four twin beds.

The porch has a larger table and many chairs for eating throughout the day. The porch accesses a large living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace with a propane stove. There are lots of chairs and two loveseats. There also are cards, games, and plenty of books to read in the bookshelves.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, sink, microwave and a small dishwasher. There are dishes, glass, and flatware. There are even spices and a few other pantry items in the cabinet for your use. The dining room has a small table and a few chairs. It is especially beautiful in the morning as the sun streams into the room through windows on three sides.

A stacked washer/dryer means that you will not have to over pack and updated kitchen appliances ensure every meal will be delicious. Unplug and get away from it all. If you need to stay connected, internet access is available along with a smart TV.

There is an oil- fired hot air furnace in case of a cold snap or the cooler months of the rental season. There is also a broom and vacuum cleaner in the event of the unexpected.

Ideally, the cottage is rented for full week rentals from Saturday PM to Saturday AM during the summer months with a maximum of six overnight guests.

On-site parking is available for 3-4 cars.

Great Stay on the Pond

This is a lovely property with a spectacular look on Wilson Pond just a few feet from the sun room windows. It is a very comfortable dwelling, nicely furnished and the hosts are most accommodating. My only disappointment was that the TV had no cable so watching evening news, sports events etc. weren't possible unless you had a Hulu, Netflex or Apple account. It was possible to get streaming news and some free movies, however. Would definitely return. It rates an "A"

A Treasure...

Blueberry Point Cottage is a treasure! The little house on the pond edge was a dream come true. It was cozy and oh-so-comfortable. The porch with the view across the water was just beautiful! The cottage was roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed.We spent most of our time on the porch or on the pond in our kayaks. Launching the kayaks from the dock was very easy. Emily and Nathan were gracious hosts. They have anticipated their guests' needs so well! They answered our one or two questions promptly. It is quite apparent this little cottage has provided the setting for many times of great enjoyment for the people for whom it has provided shelter...we are grateful for Emily and Nathan and their willingness to share it with others! We truly treasure it and our experiences there!

The Perfect Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for us: proximity to Keene and the many excellent restaurants, the cottage sitting by itself on a Pinninsula, easy parking, and the overall cleanliness. We brought our kyaks and enjoyed the Pond and other nearby waters. Thanks!

Great place to Getaway!

The property was fantastic! Felt like we were on our own private island! The house was cozy and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The water was great with easy access for adults and little ones. The swing set was an added bonus for the grandchildren Would happily stay here again! Great week! Wonderful memories!

Blueberry Point Cottage

The property was just as described. There was plenty of parking for a get-together we had for family living in the area. We had 26 for dinner with plenty of places to sit. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. There was a basket of beach towels on the sun porch, which is something I haven’t seen before. The view from the primary bedroom and sun porch was spectacular as we watched leaves turning each day during this fall visit.

Emily grew up spending summers with her grandparents at Blueberry Point Cottage. She has many memories of time spent with her family out on the lake, having cookouts, and just relaxing on the lawn. She has talked about her many memories there with her husband and they decided to modernize the cottage and open it up for rentals so you can make memories there too! They have spent the past few years working hard to bring it back to its glory days and they are very excited to share this lovely piece of property with everyone!

Blueberry Point Cottage is a 3 season waterfront home that has been in our family for over 50 years. This cottage is located on the east side of Wilson Pond in eastern part of Swanzey, New Hampshire.

Wilson Pond is 90 acres large with gravel and dirt bottom with very little rock. Blueberry Point is just what the name implies - a small, well treed, private peninsula with a west and south exposure. Blueberry Point is the only cottage on the property, with over 750 feet of lake frontage. The grounds are covered with tall trees and lots of high and low bush blueberries.

The entire property is level and has both sunny and shaded lawn areas right beside the swimming area. It is just 20 feet from the front door to the water's edge. The swimming area is gravel bottomed and a very gradual slope. At the shore the water is 12 inches deep, at 40 feet from shore the water is just eight feet deep. This provides a terrific area for young children to play safely in the water.

The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. There are numerous cottages along the lakeshore but none near Blueberry Point by nature of its location on a peninsula. Blueberry bushes line the waters edge providing a privacy screen hedge. This makes it a very private and pleasant location.
