Located in a charming area just a few minutes' walk from Loft Jardin Luxembourg, our apartment is the perfect choice for a Parisian vacation. This spacious apartment features a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a generously sized open kitchen that opens onto a terrace. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a single convertible armchair, as well as a television and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. This space overlooks a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. The property exudes comfort and coziness, making it an ideal place to spend your evenings on the open terrace, enjoying quality time with your family or friends.

## Neighborhood

Rue Vavin is a charming street situated in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, known as the Luxembourg Quarter (Quartier du Luxembourg). This neighborhood is famous for its historical significance, artistic heritage, and vibrant atmosphere. The iconic Parisian park, Jardin du Luxembourg, is a beautiful place to stroll, relax by the fountains, or explore the lush greenery and statues.
The apartment is also close to Montparnasse, a historic and artistic district known for its cafes, theaters, and artistic heritage. Just a short distance from Rue Vavin, you'll find Boulevard Saint-Germain, a major thoroughfare known for its shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.
The 6th arrondissement is renowned for its café culture. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at one of the many traditional cafes in the area or dine at restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, from French to international. Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost).

## Notes

The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request)

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease):
- 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall)
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
