**Shared Dock - Casa Ciarla guests have use of the northern part of the dock. The boat lift is not available for guests use and it's asked guests do not use the southern portion of the dock. The southern side of the dock belongs to the neighboring property.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
