Your accommodation is located in the popular Saint Charles district in a beautiful, quiet residence in a very good location. Just a stone's throw from the town centre and the beaches, this stay is an opportunity to leave your car behind and enjoy the charming streets of the town or the sublime landscapes! You will have a living room with access to the balcony, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The flat
Located on the 2nd floor with lift, the flat is composed as follows:

Day area
- An entrance with a washing machine.
- A living room area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, 4 armchairs, flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony.
- A modern and fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc...
- A dining area with an extendable dining table.

Night area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed with armchair, TV, ceiling fan and a large window with a sublime view of the city.
- Bedroom 2: perfect for children, it has a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer and shower gel and/or shampoo available.
- Separate toilet.

- A large balcony with a dining area to enjoy a drink in the sun! If you are looking for some shade, you can activate the roller blind.
- A quiet courtyard within the residence, set back from the street. You will also find free and paid parking spaces nearby on the street.
