14. Access to the beach is by the gravel road or concrete stairs. Be very careful as the road is gravel and steep in sections. Appropriate footwear is recommended. If you pre-arrange it, once daily I'll gladly deliver what you need to the beach by 4x4 and bring it back up at the end of the day. COVID-19 negates normal Guest transport, therefore I'll only provide this service for those that can't possibly negotiate the road or stairs.
15. Adequate propane for the duration of your stay will be provided for the BBQ on the rear deck but not for the portable at the lake. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grills clean. If left dirty and extra cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee will be levied. For safety, please close the valve on the tank after every use.
16. Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
17. Please let us know immediately if something has broken, is empty or malfunctioning so it can be rectified.
18. Occasionally I may leave consumables such as spices, condiments or snacks. I try my very best to ensure that these are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately use is up to the Guest's discretion.
19. If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, birthday party), please arrange it with me first. Any such event without written permission will automatically result in an extra cleaning charge and at my sole discretion, eviction. Drinking is fine...drinking to excess will not be tolerated in my home! In the unfortunate event of any legal infractions, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and without any rights to a refund.
20. If Guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the Authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and without any rights to a refund.
