In the heart of the historic district of Nantes, a charming T2 of 51m², ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. If you spend a few days or weeks in Nantes, for business reasons, for holidays or just for a weekend, don't miss out on staying in this charming cocoon!

Located on the first floor (without lift) of a quiet building, it has a nice living room with open kitchen and sitting area, a small bedroom with en suite shower room and separate toilet. You will like the warm atmosphere and the harmonious decoration of the apartment. Recently refurbished and well equipped, the Carmen will offer you a nice break in the heart of the city, in a quiet area (room on the courtyard side)...

Apartment arranged and equipped as follows:
- Entrance hall open to the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob, multi-function oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils)
- Cosy living room (about 40 m²) with television, a beautiful decorative fireplace (not usable) and a high ceiling
- Bedroom with an intimate atmosphere (bed 140x200), quiet, located on the courtyard side
- Small bathroom adjoining the room
- Separate toilet.

Of course, WiFi is accessible and included in the price of your rental!

The Cocoonr agency :
Le Carmen is managed by the Cocoonr agency of Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will show you the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport :
In the center of Nantes, close to the Château, you will be within walking distance of all shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. You'll be spoilt for choice to stroll around Place Royale, visit the most beautiful monuments such as the Cathedral of Saint Peter or do a bit of shopping in Rue Crébillon. Les Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, are 3 tram stops away. The City of Congress is less than a mile away. Go to "Commerce" 5 min away from the apartment to access the numerous bus lines as well as the 3 tram lines.
You are 5 minutes by tram from the Nantes train station (stops "Bouffay" or "Duchesse Anne").
It takes about 20 minutes by bus from the train station to the airport.
By car: the Feydeau underground car park is 100 m away and the Ile Gloriette outdoor car park is 400 m away. You can also use the city of Nantes' bicycles "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).
